Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord,


There is such as urgent need for us to pray and beseech the Lord for an abundance of graces to come upon us for this time of congress.

The National Service Committee and the Executive Working Committee of Cebu have composed the attached prayer for this purpose.  It is self-explanatory and exhortatory.

In the name of Jesus and His Mother, I ask you to pray this everyday along with your members so that we will have a big rainfall of blessings from our Father in Heaven and to each one of us.

May the Lord bless and reward you for your sincere and generous cooperation.
