The Congress is open to all leaders and members of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal service committees, communities, prayer groups, ministries throughout the Philippines. Spiritual Directors, Formators and key leaders are especially exhorted to attend. |

- A Triduum for a New Outpouring of the Holy Spirit on Pentecost Sunday
- A Time (KAIROS) of praying and reflecting on Growing Together as Spirit-Filled Catholic Charismatic Communities
- A way of strengthening existing Catholic Charismatic Ministries
